Shipping Policy

We carefully prepare all images for shipping. Every image is printed at the time of the order and handled individually to ensure that the finest quality control standards are adhered to. Because of this, we ask that you give us 7-10 days for print orders to be delivered. If you are requesting framing, metal, or acrylic prints, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

All shipping, domestic and international, is handled by Federal Express. Customers will be emailed tracking information at the time of shipment.

Your cost of shipping will depend upon the FedEx service you select at the time of your purchase. We offer flat-rate shipping so that there are no further costs to you after the order is placed.  Here are our flat rate costs:

4-Day Saver (Inside US) $20.00
2-Day Air (North America) $55.00
2-Day Framed, Metal, Acrylic Prints 20×30 or Smaller $105.00
2-Day Framed, Metal, Acrylic Prints 24×32 or Larger $175.00
5-Day FedEx International (Overseas)—No Framed, Metal or Acrylic Prints $160.00

All shipments require a delivery signature, which means if no one is there to sign for it, you will need to wait for redelivery or retrieve it from the FedEx location in your area. If there has been any damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Care right away and your image will be replaced once it has been returned to our offices.

Regarding International Shipments:

• We currently only ship fine art prints professionally rolled and packaged in tubes for their secure delivery.

• We only ship to countries served by FedEx. Depending on the laws of your country, the buyer is responsible for any customs and duty fees associated with the delivery of your print.

Returns Policy

Because we guarantee the quality of our work by working with highly qualified professionals who specialize in handling fine art imagery, utilizing only the highest standard and sustainable materials. Likewise, each limited edition photographic image is custom produced just for you, which is why we typically stand by our no-return policy.

However, fine art prints returned from a foreign location due to unpaid country fees, or otherwise unclaimed in a foreign country for any reason, the cost of the print will be refunded and will not be sent out again.

Also, it is rare, but on occasion there may be damage during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. However, we are happy to work with you to immediately re-reproduce your order and resolve the matter on your behalf.
